New HUF PAN Card Application

PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is ten-digit unique alphanumeric number. The fourth character of PAN reflects the PAN holder's status. The letter 'H' represents HUF (E.g. AYZHG2108L).

You can apply for HUF PAN Card online by filling up the above HUF PAN Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

For HUF PAN Card following documents are required:

1. HUF Deed
2. HUF Affidavit
3. HUF Gift Deed

1. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
2. Arm’s license.
3. Passport.
4. Election Card / Voter ID.
5. Driving License.
6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
7. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
8. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
9. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
10. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
11. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
12. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
13. Aadhaar Card.
14. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
15. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
16. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.

1. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
2. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
3. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
4. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
5. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
6. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
7. Passport.
8. Latest property tax assessment order.
9. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
10. Aadhaar Card.
11. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
12. Driving License.
13. Employer certificate in original.
14. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
15. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
16. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
17. Property Registration Document.
18. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
19. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
20. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
21. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
22. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
23. Election Card / Voter ID.

HUF's Karta needs to sign the PAN Card Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.

HUF PAN Card will be delivered to HUF Karta's Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying pan card for minor online. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
