ePAN to Normal PAN Card Application

PAN holder details is printed on Normal Card by Income Tax Department. It has PAN number printed on top and contains PAN holder's name, date of birth, father's name. It also has Hologram which makes it genuine ID proof for its holder. This is why Normal PAN Card from ePAN is asked to by banks or other financial institutions as proof of Identity.

Some Banks or Financial Institutions ask to present Normal PAN Card as PAN proof even though we have ePAN copy while opening bank account or any work related to loans. At such moments it is necessary to convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card.

1. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth.
2. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
3. Marriage Certificate.
4. 10ᵗʰ or 12ᵗʰ Mark Sheet of recognized Board.
5. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
6. Passport.
7. Pension payment order.
8. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
9. Aadhaar Card.
10. Election Card / Voter ID.
11. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
12. Matriculation certificate.
13. Driving License.
14. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.

14. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
15. Arm’s license.

1. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
2. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
3. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
4. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
5. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
6. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
7. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
8. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
9. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
10. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
11. Property Registration Document.
12. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
13. Latest property tax assessment order.
14. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
15. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
16. Driving License.
17. Employer certificate in original.
18. Aadhaar Card.
19. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
20. Election Card / Voter ID.
21. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
22. Passport.

Normal Card from ePAN will be delivered to PAN Holder's Home Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying ePAN to Normal Card. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
